Bud is an organizer - a revolutionary Windows Add-on which puts you in complete control of your documents and applications. - Create a Calendar of events and email it to friends or co-workers
- Create appointments and set reminders to it with the Event Manager
- Use the Event manager for fault reporting and follow up
- Create quick To Do list with the Task Manager
- Use Bud as an Url manager
- Use Bud to fill in login names and passwords to websites. You just need to remember your main login password to Bud
- Have an idea while you're working? - Add a quick note with Bud Note and file it for easy retrieval. No more lost pieces of paper with notes scribbled on it
- Create templates and use it in your favorite applications. Email templates can be dragged and dropped in most email applications like Gmail, Outlook, Outlook Express, etc. You can even use it for website helpdesks
- Text templates can be directly inserted into documents, help desks, etc
- Drag and drop a previously sent email onto the Resend email button of Bud to resend it
- Save bandwidth - Highlight files with Internet Explorer, drag and drop it on Bud's Zip button to zip and optionally email it
- Add mail merge to Outlook Express and other email applications
- Timesheet reporting - Use the calendar and Events to keep track of your time on projects
- Share a calendar and allocate tasks between workers
- Open folders for frequently used applications and/or documents and placing them on the desktop
- Capture your time for Timesheets
- Add RSS, html and iFrame Slice feeds to Bud folders and place it anywhere on the desktop
