CyberMatrix Timesheets Enterprise is an easy-to-use multi-user time sheet entry program for Windows PCs that lets employees input the time spent on one or more tasks. Timesheets is ideal for consulting firms and other project oriented companies looking to replace their conventional time sheet entry using spreadsheets. CyberMatrix Timesheets was designed to provide an easy transition for those familiar with the traditional spreadsheet time sheet entry process. The time sheet entry screen looks like a standard time sheet entry form. Unlike ordinary time sheets though, supervisors can validate and correct their employee's time on their own PCs so they don't have to wade through a mountain of time sheet reports.
Timesheets features easy to understand employee time entry by client, project and task. Equipment time sheets can be entered as well. You can use Timesheets Enterprise for all your employees accessing time sheet data over the network or even over the Internet. Only the Enterprise version can be scaled up to handle unlimited user loads. Timesheets Enterprise integrates with virtually any large database server, including MS SQL Server. Employees, clients or projects can be assigned rates for time billing. Edit existing reports and create new reports with the custom reporting features. Keep track of project costs and schedules with the project management and expense management functions. Eliminate wasted time re-entering data by using the Microsoft Project and QuickBooks export features. Use the CSV import/export features to transfer timesheet data to other software.
