GP2i is a complete package to manage IT or Industrial projects, to help Company and Projects Leaders with effective tools, including original and non inertial indicators to detect problems as soon as possible. The generalization of Breakdown Structures: in addition to the traditional WBS, OBS and RBS, GP2i allow the management of FBS (Functional), GBS (Geographical, interesting for large multisite projects), ABS (Activities/Technologies, allowing to refine the evaluation models), PBS (Products and Deliverables), CBS (Contracts, to facilitate the follow-up of external interventions)
Many automatic dashboards: Weekly Progress Reports, by Task or Resource, visualized for all Breakdown Structures, S-Curves, Gantt exported to MSProject, total Workload over the current and next years. Original indicators are included, like projects Speed and Acceleration.
