Feature List:
- Alarms: Set alarms to remind you of important events. They can be scheduled to occur in a few minutes, days, or next year. Recurring alarms can be set, such as for birthdays or your favourite TV show
- Appointments: Set reminders so that you will never miss an appointments or meeting. Include the duration and enter notes that you can print out and take with you. Regular appointments can be scheduled, so you will never forget another meeting
- Tasks: Tasks and things to do can be recorded. You can set the start date, due date, percentage completed, and add notes. You can easily see what needs doing next and set priorities
- Notes: There is no need to stick those little yellow paper notes on your monitor because notes can be created and stuck to the Windows desktop. You can store large or small notes, customise their colour, font and style, and even attach files to them. Attachments can easily be opened for viewing or editing
- Calendar notes: Just like a wall chart, you can see every day of the month and scribble notes on them. This is a handy place to store information like special events, holidays and so on
- Card files: A wide range of information can be stored in simple databases called card files. Just type whatever you want onto a blank card and it will be filed in alphabetical order automatically. From recipes to your DVD collection, this is a useful way of storing their details
- Contacts: Store all your contact details in a database and assign them to private, business, family or friends categories. Now you will never lose someone's address or telephone number
- Passwords: Too many passwords and pin numbers to remember? Just store them in here. They are scrambled so no-one else can see them
- Weblinks: If your Internet Explorer Favorites menu has become too overcrowded and you cannot find anything, you can store the URLs here. Add long descriptions, sort them, and search them. It is much ore convenient
- Biorhythms: Check your emotional, intellectual and physical biorhythms and see whether today or tomorrow will be a good day or whether you are best stopping in bed
- Each user of your PC can have their own files that are kept separate from everyone else's
