PeopleTrac features many benefits including:
Network Operation
Network operation requires a common networked mapped drive to share the common database. Installation will allow opening an existing database or creating a new database.
Unlimited Departments
Use of departments allows companies to use a single sign in/out board system where administrators can see the status of any user, department administrators see only people in their department and users will also only see those in their department.
Unlimited Projects
Though PeopleTrac isn't a time billing system, projects allow some tracking and reporting to allow tracking time when people are not in the office and working for a specific project. Future plans are to include minimal time tracking into PeopleTrac.
