Project Reporter for Microsoft Outlook makes it very easy for administrators to manage and distribute centralized projects and activities to team members across the organization. It enables individual member to record time, expenses and other deliverables for configured projects and activities in Outlook appointments or tasks, and then submit timesheets and work done to a central database for billing, payroll and other reporting purposes. Administrators can review, audit and amend on reported data, create summary reports quickly or generate OLAP statistics for advanced reporting and quantified business intelligence. Supports access control, streamline reporting workflow, project color coding in Outlook items, enforce project timeline, automated email notifications, offline functionality, Unicode and deployment of custom fields. Fully supports Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010. Available in Personal and Team Edition.
