With this tool you can record and track a large number of installed applications enabling you to track which PCs have what software installed. There are a large number of standard data fields including title, install date, purchase price, version, and support number to name a few. All of the fields can be altered to fit your software inventory requirements. There are also longer text fields where details such as installation procedures, features, and system requirements can be saved. A graphic can be input of the box or cover art to help you when searching for an application. The overall user interface is designed to be simple to learn and use. Almost all of the functions and data can be viewed from the main screen. You can copy, undo, sort, delete, browse, and search through your database from the same window.
