Facility and office managers using StaffMap have the power to visually organize their workplace efficiently, making changes that instantly update employees. Coworking, employee seating, asset tracking, office visitors, room scheduling, staff moves and changes are managed smoothly.
Each employee can be listed in StaffMap with multiple customizable detail fields for contact information or other employee records. Create a staff directory within your existing company website that your employees or visitors can easily reference or update from any browser. As well, StaffMap can help manage remote workers by locating where they are working on a map and supply their contact information.
Security groups ensure that administrators can protect their StaffMap projects and staff information as well as afford different sets of users permissions.
StaffMap floorplans can be made from any image of an office layout or blueprint. Floormaps can be exported to various formats to supply visitors and employees with a visual reference for office layouts.
Shared desks can be booked by visitors or staff in advance using a calendar system. Staff or visitor desk bookings can be instantaneously changed by those making reservations, or by an administrator.
