- Automatically accrue vacation time, sick time, and PTO for your employees
- Automatically subtract time for lunch from your employees hours
- See which department heads are modifying times and what the original time was
- TimeClick can use the server's time for each clock action employees make, preventing them from changing the time on their computer to their advantage
- Smart correct helps you quickly correct employees clock in or out mistakes. If someone forgets to clock out you can either automatically let them make the corrections yourself and view the report of clock mistakes and correct them yourself
- Unlike other time clock software that limit the number of employees you can use, TimeClick allows you to add an unlimited number of employees to accomodate any size of business
- Allows you to export your data to a CSV file. Compatible with most payroll programs. In the event that our export file is not compatible with your payroll program we ask you to provide the format the report needs to be in and we will do our best to create a report for you
- TimeClick allows the administrator to back-up and restore the time and attendance data with the click of the mouse, assuring your company that you never lose vital employee attendance information
