Mental Exercises - a program for development of the mental abilities
there is more than exercise , each exercise includes the other exercises but it focuses on a specific ability , firstly select the exercise and the level which you want , then the program will ask you to generate a specific number by a specific calculation within a specific time , when the stopwatch starts you must complete the calculation and generate the number before the time end , you will have six rows each one from zero to nine and a row for the math operations , in case the calculation and the result is correct the number will be added to your points , otherwise the number will be discounted from your points , continue the exercise , and test your ability with the passage of time , remember that the most important is not the percentage of your ability , but how much you exercise , you can select an enough time for yourself everyday for exercise and do not forget to enjoy .
