Unique animated ASCII art converter software
Do you want to see a set of character strings dancing on your desktop? Try this very unique ASCII Animator software!
There are plenty of ASCII art converter software to convert static BMP, JPG or PNG image to static ASCII art. However ASCII Animator is the only software we found to convert animated GIF image to animated ASCII art. ASCII Animator can export three kinds of formats: Animated ASCII Art (.html), Animated ASCII Art (.gif) and Coloured Animated ASCII Art (.gif). The html output format is default which can be played on web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox. In our test, we used ASCII Animator to convert more than a hundred GIF images we collected. The animated ASCII art exported is great if the transparence colour in source GIF is white. Otherwise the result may not be very good.
