• We purchased 50 copies of this software for all of the systems in our business. It worked great until January 2013. Now Microsoft Security Essentials (Windows 7) detects it as spyware on startup and quarantines the program. It flags it as a Keylogger - threat "severe". We are running the most current version (as of 2/13). While the workaround is to manually add the program to the safe list, this is a huge undertaking for 50 systems. Secondly, all of our employees now are highly suspicious that we monitor their activity (even though we state we have the right to in our handbook). We chose this software because it was advertised as "undetectable". This flaw has created a lot of distrust and suspicion within our company, which is difficult to repair. We only used the software to manage quality control, review processes by employees, and protect/be able to identify if anyone ever sabotaged our files/systems... Not to spy on what they browse on their lunch break. Very disappointed.
