DownOff shuts down a computer if the download rate is less than specified.
DownOff monitors the average file transfer or download rate and initiates computer shutdown if the rate has been below a specified rate for a specified length of time. It can be started manually or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. The download rate and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen. It can also be used to shutdown a remote computer. Shutdown has been configured to force all running applications to close. DownOff is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).
What's New: Log file can now be archived and or cleared. Fixed a bug where program can crash on fast networks with large numbers of files transferring.
