The internal storage system allows you to store various electronic documents in one or several document databases.Encrypt your files. 1.The document database can be stored in files on a local or network disk. Multiple network users can work with one document database simultaneously .
2.Treeview structure.this structure looks like files and folders on your hard disk.
3.Can set the permissions of each file.You can import or export the whole directory on your computer.Sort file by drag the mouse .
4.You may Search the file by file tilte or content.
5.The backup capabilities would help you if your document database has lost or corrupted.
