This attribute stores a binary representation of the photo. Both Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Microsoft Exchange Server do not offer a direct method to import a picture to the thumbnailPhoto attribute. The thumbnailPhoto Tool offers this method. It makes it a snap to import a photo to the users thumbnailPhoto attribute.
